This slimline card measures 8 1/2" x 3 1/2". Slimline cards are designed to fit inside regular #10 business sized envelopes and require no additional postage. The base of this slimline card is made from Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. Using the new Filmstrip Slimline die, I cut the frame from black cardstock. I lined the back of the frame with a piece of red paper from the new Cosmic Swirls paper pack! Using Tuxedo Memento black ink, I stamped the three ladies from the "Gossip Girls" stamp set onto Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock. I colored the images using Copic markers and then I die cut the ladies using the coordinating "Gossip Girls" die. I adhered the girls to the card using a Tombow adhesive dot runner. I stamped some of the sentiment from the Gossip Girls stamp set in Versamark ink on black cardstock. I heat embossed the sentiments in white embossing powder and used the speech bubbles dies to die cut the words out. I adhered the speech bubbles to the card using 3M foam adhesive for added dimension.
This is such a fun and unique card and is sure to appeal to a large audience. I can't wait to share more of the June release products from Whimsy Stamps with you throughout this month!
Thanks for visiting and have a super creative day!
