I have been crafty for as long as I can remember, but I really found my passion in 2005 when I designed and created my own wedding invitations in an effort to save money. I staged my own engagement photos and printed our favorite
images on a vellum overlay. I added the overlay to a heat embossed linen paper invitation. Little did I know that saving money 15 years ago most certainly did NOT in the long run! Then I offered to help friends and family members with their special occasion events, designing personalized invitations and announcements for birthdays, baby showers and more.
In 2012, I began teaching classes in my home studio as well as throughout my greater community to share my love of papercrafting with others. I have discovered I enjoy teaching just as much as I love creating. I teach at various senior centers, libraries, Adult Ed continuing college classes, even private Girl Scout and other local civic group events. I have had the benefit of teaching a variety of classes at national craft trade shows with Heirloom Productions, Scrapbook Expo and Stamp Scrap Art Tour. My work has been featured in PaperCraft magazine, an international paperarts publication.
I also teach regular classes in my home studio in Westfield, Massachusetts. You can take a tour of my craft room HERE.

When I'm not crafting, I also enjoy baking, reading, yoga, word puzzles and playing board games with my family. Hailing from small town, Dexter, Maine, my husband and I (and three rescue cats) have lived in Western Massachusetts for over 20 years.
